What will executive and leadership coaching look like?
Coaching is a unique and collaborative partnership between the coach and client.
I’m your sounding board and support who helps transform your mindset, encourages you to stretch and grow and holds you accountable.
Using a variety of tools from strengths-based coaching, Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, we’ll evaluate your inner motivations, values and behaviours so you can unleash your potential to take decisive action. Here’s how it looks.
Real, lasting changes take time depending on where you are and where you want to be. There’s no one formula for your success. As a guide, I find a typical coaching package runs over several months for maximum impact and includes:
- 1 x initial 90-minute 1:1 clarity and intention setting session
- 5-10 x 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions approximately every three weeks
- Action and development plan informed by your goals
- An optional strengths assessment and debrief
- Regular nudges via email to encourage change and sustain your improvement
- Curated micro-learning: relevant learning resources shared between sessions including videos, articles and other tools
- Support between sessions via email and WhatsApp.
6, 10 and 20 session coaching packages are available over 4 to 12 months. For individual leadership coaching, fees range from $500 – $1000 p/month depending on the number of sessions in your package (bonus sessions are included on 6 and 12 month plans). Save by paying for your sessions upfront. Monthly instalments also available.

Before
We’ll begin by taking a deep look at your goals, intentions, barriers and beliefs. We’ll then uncover what it takes for you to achieve your goals or set yourself on a solid path towards them.
Showing up for yourself in coaching is the action that initiates every change you need to make. It’s true, you’ll be out of your comfort zone. Yet, what I know is change comes through challenge. I will safely challenge you to stretch and grow towards where you want to be.
During
You’ve decided that things need to change and the time is now. We’ll begin sessions by clarifying your intentions and insights, followed by exploration. By using evidence and research-based tools we’ll dismantle the habits, behaviours and thought patterns that are holding you back from achieving your intentions. We’ll then create new habits to free you to make the changes you desire.
At the end of each session we’ll put an action plan in place to create real and lasting changes. You’ll walk away from each session with clarity to support fulfilment of your goals. I’ll also be available via email and WhatsApp for you between sessions to check in as often as you like.
After

At the end of your coaching plan with me, you’ll have the tools you need to continue the personal and professional growth you set out to achieve. We will stay in touch and you have the option to add interim snap coaching check-in sessions at regular intervals after your initial coaching engagement has ended.
